St Giles seeks to offer a comprehensive professional service to managing agents and their clients by acting as their in-house insurance department handling all policy matters including claims, documentation etc., on their behalf so they can concentrate on their core property management activities.
We also offer additional policies for clients that complement the insurances arranged by the managing agent on their behalf and they include Directors and Officers, Engineering and Household Buildings and Contents.
Another important service we offer is a free regulatory review to ensure that the property manager is meeting its FSA regulatory obligations with the minimum of disruption.
